Supervisory authority

Brokering parking spaces does not require official authorisation. There is therefore no supervisory authority under section 5(1) no. 3 DDG.

Chamber, professional title

Section 5(1) no. 5 DDG does not apply: Sostivo is not a regulated profession, there is no chamber membership, no statutory professional title and no professional rules.

Consumer dispute resolution

It matters to us that every concern is settled quickly and fairly. Simply write to info@sostivo.de and we will look for a solution together with you. We do not take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body (notice under section 36 of the German Act on Alternative Dispute Resolution in Consumer Matters), nor are we obliged to.
