What it costs
Drivers pay nothing for the introduction. As a host you pay a one-off 25 % of the first month’s rent, at most €60, kept back from that first rent. On top, 3 % of every rent, the first included, goes to Sostivo. Nothing else. On €90 of rent you receive €64.80 the first month and €87.30 every month after. This applies to monthly rentals. For hourly bookings the driver pays a booking fee of 12 % of the rent (€0.79 to €2.29) and you only pay the 3 % commission.
